35 – VITRE L’Échiquier Vitréen organizes its 28th Grand Prix on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Open A is open to all, while Open B is reserved for players ranked under 1600. Both tournaments are FIDE-approved. Registration fees of €13 for adults and €7 for youths (U08-U20) are payable in advance on the Helloasso website. The pre-registration list is available on chessevents, along with a link to the helloasso page for online payment. It will be possible to pay on site for a supplement of €2 for adults and €1 for young people. The Open A is endowed with 475€ in cash prizes (1st: 250€, 2nd: 150€, 3rd: 75€) as well as prizes in kind for the various categories. A B license is required for each tournament; players without a license can purchase one on site for €25, which covers membership of Échiquier Vitréen and tournament registration.
